30-day Return policy

We want you to love anything you purchase from Peas & Coos. If you don't, we have a 30-day return policy. Once the original item is received, a full refund will be issued to your method of payment. Just pay shipping. All return items must be received within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition, with the tags attached. 

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Any product marked as an OUTLET item on the product page.

  • Any products given away or discounted as part of a promotion.

  • Items that have been worn/used or washed.

Order Cancellation & changes

If your order was placed within the last 8 hours, you may contact us at info@peasandcoos.com regarding any changes or to request a cancellation. We do not guarantee your request will be accepted. If we have already processed your order and cannot accommodate the request, you may return your order, as soon as you receive it (see return policy).

Out of stock items

In the event a popular item sells out quickly, we may experience an oversell error on one or more items. When this occurs, we will refund you the item(s) impacted and issue you a gift card/credit for $5. This policy is currently under review and as with all policies, is subject to change.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@peasandcoos.com. Please include your order number in the message. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Once your item is received, we will notify you and you will receive a refund to your original method of payment (minus shipping).
